Second Chance Mindset - Saving Lives As a Lifestyle

Today’s guest Zach Skow is truly following his heart in an area that is extremely close to mine. He started what is known as “Marley‘s Mutts” more than 10 years ago after being diagnosed with end-stage liver disease. His rescue dogs helped save his own life and put him on this current trajectory of wellness and rescue.

He has rescued well over 5000 dogs and created numerous programs including a very successful Spay And Neuter program, therapy program called “Miracle Mutts”. As well as the ever-growing and very popular, “Pawsitive Change” program, which operates inside of four state prisons and one girl's juvenile facility.

He is married to Heather Skow and together they have a one-year-old daughter named Shilo with whom he shares this journey of bringing about change and positivity through the rescue of dogs and in turn the humans they come into contact with.
